Cancorp Order Manager: Internal Use Terms

Effective November 2, 2026
CanCorp Branding Inc. · Internal staff application

1. Purpose and permitted users

CanCorp Order Manager is an internal tool operated by CanCorp Branding Inc. for its authorized business users. It supports order intake, artwork and quote records, customer approvals, deposit checks and production tracking. It is not offered as a public accounting service or as software for other businesses.

2. Account access

Use only an account authorized by CanCorp. Keep your sign-in credentials private and follow CanCorp's access and multi-factor authentication requirements. A manager must authorize the QuickBooks company connection. Only the manager can manage that connection and perform the current company-access check. Other authorized staff may view connection status and use their assigned order-workflow features.

3. QuickBooks connection and current functionality

QuickBooks Online remains the accounting system of record. The current integration obtains authorization, stores the connection securely, and supports server-side reads. Its company-access check reads company information. Automatic synchronization of estimates, invoices and payments into work orders has not yet been activated.

Although Intuit's accounting authorization covers broader capabilities, this integration does not implement creating, sending, editing or deleting accounting transactions. Connecting the app does not approve an order, confirm payment, release purchasing or start production.

4. Order and production decisions

Staff must check order details and retain customer approval of the applicable quote and proof versions. Follow the configured deposit requirement. CSR may request a deposit exception; the manager must approve it. Staff remain responsible for garment purchasing, production, quality checks and completion.

5. Disconnecting or removing access

The manager may disconnect QuickBooks from the connection page. Disconnecting revokes the connected authorization and removes the active connection record. It does not cancel an order, remove existing work-order records or delete transactions in QuickBooks. CanCorp controls staff access separately.

6. Support

Report access concerns, connection errors and suspected misuse to CanCorp Branding Inc. at csr@cancorpbranding.com or 403-536-0759.
