Artwork for completed orders is retained for 30 business days after the order is completed. Artwork attached to quotes or inquiries that do not become orders is retained for 30 business days after staff close the inquiry. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Alberta general holidays and their observed Mondays. After this period, artwork is removed from the website’s storage; inquiry, order and payment records may be retained separately.
