Embroidery

Thread stitched directly into the garment for a raised, hard-wearing mark. Best for caps, polos, jackets and anything that needs to look considered up close.

Screen printing

Ink pushed through a screen, one colour at a time. The most economical route for bold graphics across larger quantities of tees and hoodies.

Heat transfer

Full-colour artwork pressed onto the fabric. Handles fine detail, photographic marks, and the names and numbers that change from garment to garment.

Sublimation printing / cut and sew

Dye bonded into the fibre so the design runs edge to edge with nothing to peel. Used for complete jersey and uniform builds, panel by panel.

Design support and digitization

Artwork rarely arrives production ready. Three steps sit between your file and the first stitch.

Send a sketch, a photo or an old print. We will work it into something that reproduces cleanly on fabric.

Digitization

Logos converted into stitch files, with the density and sequence set for the garment being embroidered.

Artwork approval

We confirm placement, size and colour with you before anything runs through the machines.
