Shipping and pickup

We ship within Canada. You can also choose free pickup at our Calgary location: Bay 1, 2320 35 Avenue NE, Calgary, Alberta T2E 6S9.

Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout and include tube packaging. Applicable GST/HST is calculated at checkout.

Production time is 48 hours. Shipping transit time is additional and depends on the customer’s location.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 3 hours of placing your order. Contact us at csr@cancorpbranding.com or 403-536-0759 and include your order reference.

Your artwork

All artwork is printed as submitted and is the customer's responsibility. Please check your artwork, spelling, dimensions and quantities before placing your order.

Defective or incorrect prints

If your prints are defective or incorrect, we will provide a reprint at no charge. Contact csr@cancorpbranding.com or 403-536-0759 with your order reference so we can help.
